Oru Vancouver Sake Sable Fish

It is a total conundrum to know that you should be eating more fish but be confused by it’s safety. Or worse, how your enjoying of it can impact the planet.  “Ocean Wise” is a program that started at the science and research committed Vancouver Aquarium.  Using species from this list gives peace of mind knowing that the best of both worlds is served up fresh!

This week’s shopping list:





24 oz Ocean Wise Fish or 1 tsp fresh ginger 2 tbsp rice vinegar Sake for Dinner!
Sustainable Scallops 1 bunch cilantro 1 tsp dark sesame oil
4 egg whites 1 lime 5 spice powder or
1.5 cups milk butternut squash cinnamon/clove/ginger
1 tbsp butter 1 head radicchio white pepper
2 pears pumpkin pie spice
curry powder
dried thyme
pancake mix
coconut oil or butter
extra v olive oil
balsamic vinegar
1 litre chicken broth

I love food, try to watch my weight, know more than I want to about healthy living (sometimes I wish I knew less so I wouldn’t feel so guilty when I stumble), am a daughter, sister, friend, mom and wife who worries and scurries the meals onto the table.
