Best Of The Book

Such a unique food point of view. In a world where there are multiple new cook books each month, it is rare to find something new and different – but this book is just that! It’s also seasonal and focus’ on local ingredients. In addition the stories and traditions are very interesting.

What Could Be Better

Not much, there is great art work, pictures and it is a wonderful way to learn about a people through their traditions and food.

Target Audience

This is a great book for any one interested in food and cooking. It is so unique and interesting it is sure to appeal to a wide audience. However, if you are just looking for a book to teach you the basics or give you recipes for meals you know and love, it might not be this one.
