Italian, My Way

Italian-My-Way

Italian, My Way
By Jonathan Waxman

Synopsis

Celebrity Chef  and Top Chef Master Jonathan Waxman demonstrates that rustic Italian food is accessible, delicious and a joy to prepare. The book offers more than 150 simple and inspired recipes that rejuvenate Italian classics.

Best Of The Book

The recipes in this book are unique and breath life into a cuisine you thought you knew. Directions are simple and easy to follow and the ingredients are unprocessed and can be picked up in any local Italian grocery store if not a regular one! The dishes are simply drool worthy and with a talent like Waxman, you know that they are going to be thoughtful as well as tasty. I mean, just listen to this:

Grilled T-bone lamb chops with rosemary and garlic
Red snapper stuffed with olives and lemon
Whole wheat pasta with walnut-garlic pesto

A-maze-ing. I’m hungry already.

What Could Be Better

A little more colour and photos would really punch up this book. But it just inspires me to create the dishes myself so that I can see them (and try them) in person !

Target Audience

This is a wonderful book for anyone who loves Italian food and is looking for a new spin on old favorites. It’s also a great book for anyone who follows the careers of American Celebrity Chefs!
