The information in this book is a real treasure. All about how chia works with your body to improve your overall health, ways to incorporate chia into your daily routine, a question and answer section and a list of other resources. It also covers how chia helps other animals including cats and dogs, along with some recipes for dog, cat and horse food and touches on other superfoods.

What Could Be Better

There is so much information in bits and pieces, it can be a lot to take in. Not that it’s not worth taking in! I also wish the colour printing was throughout the book instead of just in a few photos in the middle – but it’s a small price to pay.

Target Audience

This book is for anyone who is interested in eating healthy and making those healthy choices an easy part of your day.
